Artists We Love

Here at Antique Garden we are all about supporting local businesses, especially our local artists! There is just too much talent in this quaint college town to not be recognized. From jewelry to Sooner home decor and candles, we simply love the vision of these Okie artists. In fact, you can find some of their work in our very own AG! Meet the dream team.

 Nikki Harrington with Vintage Spirit

Vintage Spirit was founded in 2007 as a wholesale vintage inspired gift and repurposed costume jewelry company. Today, Vintage Spirit no longer wholesales and has become Antique Garden's in-house design department.

Artist and in-house designer, Nikki Harrington, creates incredibly cute sorority and OU gift items with a vintage feel to cater to AG's campus crowd.

Barbara Fite and Rebecca Zeavin with Common Grounds Candles

AG owner, Barb and her sister, Becky, just launched their very own coffee inspired candle line called Common Grounds.

The 5 amazing scents include: Pumpkin Spice Latte, Caramel Macchiato, Double Espresso, Hazelnut Cappuccino, and White Chocolate Mocha. Each candle is 100% soy and made with environmentally sustainable products such as repurposed bottles and recycled vintage coffee bags.

Kelsey Martyn-Farewell with KMF Designs

Kelsey is a Norman native who makes beautiful jewelry for Antique Garden under her KMF Designs label. Each product is handcrafted with semi-precious stones and made of sterling silver or 14K gold plate. Kelsey never knows when she'll come across something that inspires her, so she keeps a journal with her to jot down or sketch ideas.

Josh and Amy Coleman with Oakhill Road

Husband and wife, Josh and Amy, started Oakhill Road in 2015. Their passion for travel, photography, wood working and Oklahoma drove them to begin making art of their photography on handcrafted wood pallets. Their work features photos of landscapes, naturescapes and cityscapes, but they specialize in shots of Oklahoma landmarks, particularly those around Norman.

Oakhill Road is run out of Josh and Amy's home, with each piece spending time in the garage workshop, kitchen countertop and living room coffee table, receiving over an hour of work from beginning to completion.

Josh and Amy are alumni of the University of Oklahoma and reside in Bethany with their dog, Millie.

Liam Hughes with Liam Shard Jewelry

Liam may not be an Okie, in fact he currently splits his time living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and County Tipperary, Ireland. However, his amazing jewelry will be at Antique Garden on Tuesday, November 10th from 5:00-8:00 for his Winter Preview Party and Trunk Show.

Recycled from broken china and other decorative heirlooms, each beautiful piece has a story to tell. You won't want to miss this unique shop night at AG! We hope to see you there!
